Can I choose more than one logo?

Yes, but this will require a separate selection and transaction process. Please know that we do not recommend using multiple logo designs for a single entity. Using multiple logos for one entity creates brand confusion and diminishes the effectiveness of a logo. If a client has multiple entities that are in need of logos, the client should select a logo and follow the purchasing process to completion. If a client desires to purchase an additional presented logo design for a separate entity, please inform us via email.

How long will it take to receive a logo?

Once the consolation has been completed we will begin the design process. This process involves gathering/reviewing inspiration, logo concept sketches, logo vector artwork creation and logo design presentation preparation. The entirety of this process can take several weeks and is dependent on current client load. We intentionally keep our client load to a minimum in order to dedicate as much time as possible to each client’s project to help insure a successful outcome and that all of the designs presented are of the utmost quality and meticulously vetted prior to the final presentation.

After the client receives the proof, accepts the proof, and pays the full cost for the logo, we will then begin the final logo file creation and preparation process. The file creation and preparation process typically takes a few business days. Once the files are completed they will be delivered to the client via email(s).

What is the full cost of a logo design?

Total purchase price for a logo design will be negotiated during the initial design consultation. Additional costs will also be discussed if the client is in need of other identity design needs i.e. business cards, letterhead, promotional materials, etc.

Is the cost refundable?

We strive to provide disciplined, functional and highly effective logos for all of our clients. A client should take the necessary time to determine what logo fits their needs before proceeding with the purchase process. Once a client completes the logo order form and accepts the terms of service agreement, the client is obligated to pay the full price for their chosen logo design. All sales are final and are non-refundable.

How many days do I have to select a logo design?

Once the logos designs and color options have been emailed the client will have seven (7) business days to select their preferred logo design and color option. For more information regarding our content creation agreement/terms of use agreement, please read more here.

How many logo designs/color options will be presented?

Three (3) logos and three (3) color variations will be presented to the client for review. From the presented options the client will choose one logo and one color choice for purchase.


Can my chosen logo be trademarked? Can The Logo Library register my trademark?

To trademark a logo we recommend resources from the USPTO or contact an attorney that specializes in trademark law. We cannot trademark a logo. We also cannot guarantee any logo design is capable of being trademarked.
