Custom logo design.
Principled from the ground up.

In addition to our collection of pre-designed logos, The Logo Library provides “from the ground up” custom logo design services tailored specifically to our client’s needs.
Below you will find our typical custom logo design process.

The process

Step 1: Let’s get to know your brand.
The first step in the design process is understanding your brand. This involves filling out our client intake form and setting up a video or phone meeting to discuss details that will help us build the ideal brand mark for your company or organization. In this meeting we will discuss brand persona, goals, direction, your brand’s ideal audience and inspiration for design direction. Additionally, we will cover pricing and project scope i.e. business cards, letterhead, promotional materials, etc.

Step 2: Design and logo presentation.
After the brand meeting you will receive a detailed meeting summary that includes an area to provide additional feedback and direction. Next, I will begin the design process. This begins with hundreds of hand drawn concepts that will eventually be consolidated down to three fully rendered logo options and three color options for you to review. All of the logo options will be presented in a variety of mockups in a design presentation PDF accompanied by a logo design/color selection form. This form will allow you to select your preferred logo/color option or provide feedback if any minor changes are needed.

Step 3: File preparation and delivery.
Once a logo design has been selected and your invoice has been paid, we will begin formatting all of the logo design files for delivery. When completed, you will receive an email with all of your logo files neatly organized in a folder system. Included with your purchase, you will receive a logo usage guide that provides basic guidelines on implementing your new logo. At this point it’s time to start growing your brand with your new logo.
